What is your return policy?
To initiate a return, please email
turkishbazaarmy@gmail.com for return address and detailed instructions. Customers will bear the shipping fees for items returned. To qualify for a full refund, the item(s) must be unused, be in its original packaging and must be received within 15 days from the time it was shipped out on the customer's end. Upon receipt and approval of the return, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via the original method of payment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once orders have been received, Turkish Bazaar is unable to accept changes or cancelations to the orders. Please ensure that the correct order selection has been made before payments are made.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to both East Malaysia and West Malaysia. If you are not able to view the postage rates at checkout, please email us at
turkishbazaarmy@gmail.com.
We also deliver internationally, please find your country stated in the list, or drop us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
How much is delivery?
Postage charges are calculated automatically when you add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. However, these rates are for destinations within Malaysia only, and prices will differ for overseas destination. Please contact us for shipping rates on foreign destination via
turkishbazaarmy@gmail.com.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 workings days upon confirmation and verification of receipt of payment. In the event of Malaysian public holidays, please allow up to 3 - 4 working days for the orders to be delivered to your door step. We engage third party courier companies for delivery. Delivery is carried out during working hours on weekdays.
How do I track my delivery?
Once the packages have been sent out, a tracking number will be provided for your order. You will receive the tracking details through your email.
What are your operation hours?
Our operation hours are on Mondays to Saturdays from 10 AM to 7 PM. This excludes Malaysian public holidays.
